We'll kickstart the event with the Head of Community & Customer Advocacy at ThoughtSpot, Paola Johnson, sharing what's new in the ThoughtSpot Community. In this segment, you'll learn about the new process on how to submit product ideas and feature requests and how to get started!
From there, we'll learn more about the Adoption Best Practices from the Customer Success Manager at ThoughtSpot, Jason Voll. As a previous ThoughtSpot user and CSM, Jason will be going in-depth on how organizations can further drive adoption through plays such as gamification, office hours, and challenges.
Following, hear from Brian Scheeler, Managing Director of Performance & Analytics, and Rachel Kozloski, Product Owner, Business Intelligence at 14West, as they share how to turn insights into action at scale. During this presentation, Brian and Rachel will share how to operationalize analytics and drive a culture where all employees can make data-driven decisions.
